Good KVM, fast delivery

I ordered a Dual Monitor KVM Switch. It arrived quickly, took about 3 days. Setup was easy enough. Works well for my home office, no real complaints with the performance.

Solid docking station, easy setup

I bought a docking station. It arrived in 6 days. Setup was simple, plugged it in and it worked. Everything connected fine. The USB ports are a little close together.

Solid KVM, minor shipping issue

I bought the 4K HDMI Extender and it generally works as advertised. The video quality is great, and it was pretty straightforward to install. My only small issue was that tracking info was a bit delayed, so I wasn't sure exactly when it would arrive. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, a good product for the price, but they could improve on shipping updates.

Got my HDMI extender fast

Needed an HDMI extender for my living room setup, and AV Access popped up. Ordered their 4K HDMI extender. It got here pretty quick, like 4 days to reach Austin. Hooked it up and it worked right away, no fuss. The picture quality is great. The only thing is the power adapter felt a little cheap, but it works so whatever.

Got a KVM extender, pretty good

So I needed a KVM extender for my setup at home because my PC is in another room. Checked out AV Access and found one that fit the bill. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was quick. It got here faster than I thought, maybe 5 days. Hooked it up and it worked right away, which was a relief. The only thing is I wish it came with longer USB cables in the box, but that's a small thing. Everything else was smooth sailing.

Good KVM, shipping took a bit

I ordered a dual monitor KVM switch from AV Access a few weeks ago. The product itself is pretty solid; it handles my two 4K monitors well and switching between my work laptop and desktop is smooth. Setup was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear instructions. The build quality feels decent for the price I paid. My only real gripe was the shipping time. It took about 9 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little long compared to other online stores I use regularly. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a good experience, just wish delivery was a touch faster.

Reliable KVM, as always

I've ordered from AV Access a few times now, mainly for KVM switches. This time I got a dual monitor KVM switch. It arrived quickly, about 5 days, which is pretty standard for them. Setup was smooth, just like my previous KVM extender. The quality is consistently good. Everything worked right out of the box, no surprises. That's why I keep coming back for my AV gear.

Smooth experience with HDMI Matrix

My purchase was an HDMI Matrix for our conference room. The ordering process on the website was clear, and I found the product details helpful in making my selection. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable for the size of the item. The matrix itself was well-packaged and installation was surprisingly simple, even for someone not deeply technical. I had a quick question about a specific output setting, and their technical support responded within a few hours with a clear explanation. The only minor point is that the user manual could be a bit more visually intuitive, but the support made up for it. Very happy with the product's performance and the overall service.
